As a Health - Wellness and Lifestyle Coach, I will guide and mentor you, empower you and provide ongoing support, guidance and accountability as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

I will be your biggest Cheerleader and challenge you to make what seems "impossible" possible. I will celebrate each milestone of your journey no matter how big or small. I will make sure your goal remains a priority and know - you don't have to do this alone.

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

  • Receive information and support to follow a protocol that you have received from your doctor
  • Become familiar with the concept of "crowding out" processed and sugary foods in your diet, by replacing them with whole, nutrient dense foods
  • Gain knowledge about how and when to implement superfoods, vitaminds and minerals supplements into your daily routine
  • Improve your personal relationships
  • Learn to prepare nutritious meals for yourself and your family
  • Get advice on choosing the ideal products for your kitchen to support healthful cooking
  • Assistance and encouragement to increase your physical activity
